I'm really an all or nothing person - I'm finding giving up food altogether MUCH easier than traditional dieting.

Same here. We must be quite similar, you and me :D

I was just thinking, wouldnt it be awful if all the trains from here to Leeds on 20th June were full :p

I keep thinking about getting a freeview box and ditching the cable. The TV is on so rarely it doesn't seem worth having it, but we do watch Living for CSI and Next Top Model although we've seen the majority of CSI so not watching one programme wouldn't be the end of the world.

I am the same - its all or nothing - I really couldn't cope with the adding a meal bit. I have stopped CD as of today. I am eating healthily and upping my running in an attempt to lose the last 9lbs.....lets see how it goes..

I am trying to be supernanny and get Chloe to bed at a reasonable time....I lasted 20 mins of crying before she appeared downstairs and said she was scared and could she go on the laptop :rotfl:

Ooh Scaredy, I LOVE the Lakeland catalogue.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

actually, the Freeview line up is pretty impressive.........I wonder if I'd have to pay out for some kind of aerial thingy that it always comes up with when I put my postcode in....

oh, my postcode isn't available!!! It used to say that but a few months ago it changed to available and not it isn't again.....

    Good luck with it Sammy.

Starting eating again is the bit I'm most scared of. Strangely, the only thing I'm craving is salad. I never used to eat salad

BB, we don't have Sky/cable and none of our TVs are digital.
Miss Twit has got a set top box and I've seen there is some ok stuff on.
