re - connecting phone line for broadband

I have 2 daughters moving into a flat in Edinburgh soon. At the moment it has a phone line which has been disconnected. Looking for advice as to who would be the best company to use for reconnection and a broadband package.

    Thanks. I should have said that it would be a 12 month term only as they are students and only require the flat for this length of time.
