apparently i have been upgraded from 2mb to 10mb how do i check i have been given the upgrade+ how do i check download speed cheers

You could log on to your router and check your router statistics.
If you have a USB modem you could hover your mouse over the two little network screens in your task bar.
Or you could always run a speed test like this one.
