Im not sure, but i know it was evening when i rang, also think it the registration number so i would imagine it deffo not a 9 to 5 number0

Still trying to get through, every time I call it's engaged, engaged, engaged. Dreading when I do get through that I will get someone with poor English. So sick of call centres based in India etc. Still paying £17.99 a month and the billing date is the middle of the month so probably too late for April if I do get through. Slightly off-topic but if people upgrade to Wanadoo Broadband, does it always take two weeks to be up and running? Bearing in mind we've had the starter kit for a week?0

smiley mum, phone their 0870 number as i think this may not be working anymore, im only staying with um for a month to try out their wireless and if i get on with it i gonna go wireless with someone else, their service is disgusting and they know about as much about technical stuff as i do :eek:0

I've only just upgraded but was an existing Wanadoo customer helen, but if I ever need em, I'll get OH to ring. After all, it's me that insisted on him buying me this wifi laptop a couple of years ago ... and I still don't understand what wifi is ...let alone broadband :eek:0
