I get 6 boxes for 99p from....you guessed it, the 99p shop. perfectly adequate too. I too use them for mascara splodges, and tsk tsk, broddling!It's definitely not definately!0

Wilkos.....'Right price' wavy tub containing 10 cotton pads, 200 cotton swabs ( buds!) and 10 cotton balls...all for 49p! (and available in a range of colours)
I actually bought these for my lizards.... to help them when there having problems shedding their skins.......work perfectly, and should do for cosmetic purposes too! lol

It'll probably come as no surprise to anyone that Tesco Baby Large Cotton Wool Pads are MORE EXPENSIVE than the Large Cotton Wool Pads in the non baby section. Same size pad - I checked by taking the pack of baby ones to the other section. :grrr:just in case you need to know:

I bought a pack of cotton buds for 25p from Lidl a few months ago, still going through them. I'm a big fan of cotton buds, but I never push them in too far. I think regular cleaning of the outer and just inside the inner ear where the wax starts is best. Do light cleaning regularly so you don't have to keep having major digging stints and doing damage to your ear :-\0
