Orange Cashback / 6 Month Down-grade Warning !!!
First of all I don't know when this is going to happen, but I asked an orange operator about down grading in 6 months time as per cashback deal and he said that orange was planning to limit downgrading to one level per month.
Therefore if you are on say £60 per month, you will need to goto 55, then 50, etc... ie 8 months before you get to the current minimum of £19.
However, he couldn't confirm if this applies to new conections or all connections. Orange is also set to launch a new set of tarrifs soon.
Grateful if someone else could confirm.
Rin.

I would have thought it would only be applicable to new customers on the new tariffs, but I couldn't confirm that for sure - is the right to change tariff currently enshrined in the terms and conditions? - if so, then when you sign up, you have the right to change and Orange would be altering the T&Cs by denying that right.0

Be nice if they did change the T&C so I could cancel my latest OSPS deal rather than going through the lottery of OSPS cashback :-)I think....0

I spoke to an other orange operater. He told me the down-grading limits will apply from tarrifs connected after 1 April. You have been warned.0
