Samsung - SGH-J700 "Phone Lock"
My OH recently purchased this

Switched it on earlier and it's come up with "Phone Lock" requesting a code, it's never happened before
I called Orange who tbh, were not much help, they suggested I send it back to the manufacturer
Anyone have any suggestions please?
