Turn off voiemail on Tocco on T Mobile

I have a Samsung Tocco on Combi 30 on T Mobile and every time I deactivate call diverts they jump back to active. By the time I find my mobile, be it at the bottom of my bag, in my pocket or downstairs I am often too late to answer and the call has gone to voicemail.
I have tried ringing 222 but there is no option to switch voicemail off. Is it possible and if so how do I do it?

I think you need to call T. It has to be switch off at their end not just on the handset.

Call customer services and we can switch it off from our end.
