This is for SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency). Not sure about England, Wales, Ireland etc but it may be worth checking to make sure that everything is in order or you may incur charges at a later date.
If you have a septic tank or small sewage treatment works please register it before 31st May or you will incur a charge. See this link for more info.
