Orange Online Servicing - Secure Messaging

I'm probably just being blond, but I can't find the option to send a message on the Secure Messaging Option! Can anybody tell me where it is please?!

The screen says 'Secure Messaging' at the top, and underneath has three options - Inbox, Sent Messages and Read FAQ's. But none of them appear to give an option to compose a message!

I need a drink! :o
Gone ... or have I?

Nope - you are not being blond - there isn't an option to send a message! Never understood why/what Secure Messaging is. Who do you send messages to? The Contacts option on the same page allows you create a list on of phone numbers and names - no email address - so it does not appear to be email.

And if it is secure - the person who gets them must have a way to see them!! Typical Orange thing I think - not thought through fully.
I say barkeep -put at little more ice in there will you - theres a good chap. :)
  • Secure messaging is a way for the customer and orange to communicate about the customers mobile account to save you from sending personal details.
There is one problem that if your account is restricted as u gone over credit or owe money you cannot read, or make secure messages.
So i emailed asking them a question but they have replied via secure so i can't se what they have replied.
  • After many head bashings against the wall, I have finally found how to send a secure message to Orange on their website

First of all, you need to log in to your account (obviously!) and then goto Billing and Payments, View your bills, select a bill to view by selecting view an e-bill, then at the bottom of the page there is a link to click here to make a general enquiry, then select the tab/button to send a secure message.

Not the easiest way to find it I agree but at least they do respond to these secure messages quite frequently.
