3 mobiles
I have a phone from 3 that is on a contract as does hubby. last month I got the bills and on hubbies phone it had over £50 of downloads etc that he hadn't done. I have phoned the customer services department and all they can say is that either I have downloaded and not remembered, my child has done it or my child has done it, yeah right!!!!
As far as they are concerned I am to pay the bill. What can I do? ???

3 are a nightmare for customer service. The majority of there customer service calls are handled by their call centre in India. It might be a good idea to phone there head office in the UK and ask to be put through to the Glasgow Call Centre to explain your predicament.
Tell them you want to dispute the bill and that you are willing to pay for your calls and line rental bar the £50 of downloads until an investigation is carried out to establish if a fault has occured.
