i had the print out with the discount but since recieving order the discount has been removed. do i take it they have removed the discount or is there chance it will show up at a later date.

I had the same. Great savings online.Unfortunately no discount on my parcel's bill and no discount on my bank statement . I'm affraid I will have to give it all back0

Mine is the same, I've been charged full amount to credit card.
They've just told me that with this discount voucher you may have to wait up to two weeks for it to be credited back to card...Am i here to save money or spend money......hmmmmm0 -

If you ordered from Littlewoods Direct or Additions Direct and you return the items you will get the money back for the item and returns postage is free but you loose your original delivery charge. That's the chance you take when you use order codes that weren't issued to you. I used it too - some you win, some you lose

Yes unfortunately you see it all the time with the Littlewoods Group discount codes - there are and have been so many warning's on mse about them.
If you use a code that wasn't issued to you then they are perfectly within their rights to take the discount back.
I only use the codes issued to me now as can't be bothered with the hassle!0
