Hi All,

On my latest sky bill(TV, Phone, Broadband) I have a charge for BT CPS/DED's usage?
Could anyone tell me what this is please.

    CPS stands for Carrier Pre-Selection. It's supposed to make it easier to pre-select your network for certain calls without having to remember to dial special prefixes.
