does adding "magic numbers" extend your orange contract
have the dolphin phone contract for £15 a month and for 24 months, which is fine as have no intention of changing in that time, however my first 6 months is up so have the option of adding a second "magic number" i was about to do it, but a friend has told me that it means that you are taking another contract and therefore extending the contract terms anothers (ie 24 months starts again) is this true, cant find anything on orange site?

I don't believe so, no.
I add a new magic number every six months, and if I go to upgrade my contract online, it will let me. I last added a magic number about 3 weeks ago.
Hope this helps xI'm a nutter :j0 -

no it shouldnt, the woman said my dolphin 20 for 18 months was entitled to 1 magic number and i wanted to set it up.
I said do i have to pay extra etc... and she said no. All contracts are entitled to atleast one magic number, depending on what contract package you took out.
She also you can set it up online too, so save you phoning up next time0 -
No it doesn't add any extra time onto your contract0
