Tesco Digital - BEWARE

Just thought I'd let people know. I bought the new Depeche Mode album on Tesco Digital and it would not download. ( I am tech savvy, the problem was at their end)
I asked for tech support and they told me to use another computer. Well, I don't have one and I don't want to put Rights Managed music on some one elses machine, olny to find I can't copy it to mine. Besides, why should I ?
I told them I can't do this and asked for a refund. They told me that if I did not do this they can't help me and refused a refund.
I reminded them of the law, which is clear in this case as they have not delivered anyhting and admit to such, but still refuse to refund me until I try to download on some one elses computer.
I have bought form them before, without problem, but if this is how they behave when there is a problem, you are better off buiying from iTunes or Amazon, their service is excellent.
Tesco clearly think they are too big for the law to apply to them. It's only £7.80, and I wont miss it, but I do object to people like Tesco ripping me off. Still, it can add to their £1m per second profit. Hope they enjoy it.
So, beware before you buy from Tesco Digital. If it goes wrong, you lose your money and it's tough. After all, who is going to file a cliam for £7.80. As it was a debit card I used, I can't do a chargeback.

Have used the Digital site to download only a couple of albums without any issues, but thanks for sharing this - will remain aware just in case."Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
