You haven't said how long "a while" was, but if its taken a long time to post and you have ignored contact (whatever your reasons or intent) then poor feedback is to be expected.
Feedback is exactly that - it's the buyers opinion on the transaction and a suggestion to you on how you can improve in the future.0 -
AS long as you posted within 7 days then you were correct and should maybe mention something in the response.
