I bank with Abbey, my case was put on hold waiting for the test case, but since then I and my husband have both lost our jobs. I have a low paid job and can barley pay the monthly bills. Should I speak to Abbey about hardship or should I instruct a solicitor to try and act. They owe me around £1700 and I could do with the…
