T-mobile are kinda messed up, They hold open days for recruitment, Then dont phone anyone back, Then lay off staff, Then recruit again.......Then dont contact anyone...Geh0

I have been with T-mobile since they were one 2 one, and I am still using my original PAYG Sim!
I won't have a contract with any mobile company, I don't need to, as I only use it to make/receive calls and texts. All else is superfluous.0 -
I have to say me and my O/H have been with T-Mobile now for over 3 years and think they are great! We have just taken out another 18 month contract with them (mine original flext 25 but with £5 off O/H flext 20 with £5 off) I got new C902 and O/H got another £5 pm off contract in lieu of phone, so she only pays £11.25 pm inc itemised billing!!!:beer:Always get a Qualified opinion - My qualifications are that I am OLD and GRUMPY:p:p0

I found them fine, they have really cheap texts at 3p each, and free texts to any number to let them know to call you back if you got no credit. There is something i do not like though, the jingle at the start of the call when you call them just before they say "welcome to T-Mobile ...", it really annoys me.Owed out = lots. :cool:0

I ordered a phone yesterday afternoon with free next day delivery. I specifically ordered it yesterday as I knew I'd be at home today.
I got an email this morning to say the phone was out of stock but there was no estimate of a delivery date. As we're going on holiday at the weekend, I rang them to get an estimated delivery date.
I first got through to a foreign call centre. He asked for my T Mobile telephone number but I explained I don't know the number as I don't have the phone. He then asked for the SIM card number. Again I explained I don't have the phone, so I don't have the SIM card either. I said I do have an order number, but he said he couldn't trace the order with that and he could only trace with a phone number or SIM card number. I said that wasn't very helpful and he said there was nothing more he could do.
Rang back an hour later and got through to a lovely Scottish man who checked the stock that had arrived over night, found a phone for me and said he would post it out today. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Yep, The joys of T-mobile ditching those nice scottish call centres for phillipino ones, Morons.0

You and me both - i work at the Dearne Valley one and have done for over 9 years.Gahhhhhhhhhhhhh Manilla, Thats one mess I dont miss cleaning up after.
I'm a manager and spend more time dealing with accounts where Manilla etc have blatantly lied to customers or just made a pigs ear out of their account. Not pleasant times at the moment....First name Mister
