I have always had extreamly good customer service from T Mobile, That good I have personally converted 4 people to use them!
Tonight i needed to call, but not for me on behalf of my friend whos' phone has gone a bit squew wiff!
The lady i spoke to could not have done any more for me trying out different options to resolve the problem to mine and my friends advantage!
The problem was resolved,
So a BIG thankyou to T Mobile. ( I did put in a compliment for the lady):T

I think they're rubbish myself. Whenever I email them via their website I get a reply from a colonial person which doesn't even answer my question. I asked them to switch my voicemail off. They emailed to tell me they had. They haven't. They're rubbish.0

Their new Hey Jude advert is rubbish, that's for sure.0

I've been with T-Mobile for years and have had trouble since I took out my last phone contract 18mths ago, phone extremely poor and constantly being flashed at the shop!. After moaning at them this week again, whilst trying to give notice they said they would call me back on Sat (yesterday) with a cracking deal that would really please me:rolleyes:. Guess what - still waiting for the call...... see ya T-Mobile:hello:
Also, get fed up with the foreign call centres reading from a script.... so will be looking to move to a better provider!0 -
I must be a lucky one!!! For the last 3+ yrs thay have been fantasic!
and the only foreign call centres i get is scotland haha *awaits the back lash*0 -
I loved them for 3 years, until my contract (which ends today actually) was up for renewal. There where an utter pain in the !!!! and had the nerve to offer me (over the phone) the same contract as i currently have with "free internet" and £20 less of call allowance a month for £6 more a month?! I pointed out how moronic it was but they wouldn't hear of it. In the end I went to o2. I figure no point staying because of loyalty - ill go with whoever gives me the best deal, but as i said for 3 years they where fab for me!0

When I said foreign - I meant foreign as in away from the UK, No offence meant to the Scottish, they are not foreign to me!0
