Pipex problems

I read back last year that lots of folk were having problems with accounts at Pipex. We are now in a real pickle with them debiting money for a phone service which we no longer have (we still retain broadband-though not for much longer at this rate!!)
In February they credited my account with £25 compensation for the inconvenience and numerous expensive phone calls I made to them, but now they have taken it away again..........
There was mention of an e-mail address for the CEO of Tiscali which I found by Googling but they have obviously blocked this to prevent people using it. Does anyone have any other direct contact info??? I have sent so many e-mails to Customer Services I have almost lost track - and every time a different person replies with a different answer.
Would be grateful for any guidance.

As you still have your broadband with Poopex, can I suggest you raise an online complaint via ISPA ?
http://www.ispa.org.uk/cgi-bin/complaints.cgi
Provided Tiscali hasn't changed their procedure or shut down the department due to the company's ongoing financial woes, hopefully someone from the 'Tiscali High Level Complaints team' will contact you within a fortnight.
Don't bother dealing with 'Customer Services' dept, as you have discovered, they are pretty much useless when it comes to resolving difficult cases.
Make sure you take down the case officer's name and their direct UK contact number when they do phone you back.
ps. if your phone & bb service was with 'Pipex Homecall' and not 'Pipex', you may find that you cannot have just the broadband service on its own.0
