Hi Fizz, What reason did she give you for wanting a refund?!

And Yes, perfectly OK to leave the item number as it's one of your auctions :)

    this is her email

    Hi,
Recieved the items this morning, I am very disappointed. I think they are in poor condition, The Ralph Lauren Tshirt is so piled, I could not wear it, some items are more 8-10 than 10-12. The black top looks very well worn. I will give you a chance to respond before leaving my feedback.

as far as i was aware these items were resealable

No use her moaning about the sizings ~ she should have asked for measurements if she was so concerned about them.

You said they were good condiditon, she thinks they are poor condition ~ that's what is hard about selling on eBay, we all have different perceptions.

You can either ignore her message but it looks like she will leave you neg feedback (really she shouldn't mention anything about feedback!).

You could offer her a partial refund and tell her to keep the bundle.

You could tell her to send the whole lot back for a refund.

Which one of those would you prefer to do?

On sending the bundle back does she have to send it back recorded or just normal post just thinking if she makes a claim through Paypal

How did you send the parcel to her first? If you didn't send it recorded/special, then she could put a claim in herself to say she hasn't received it (even though you know she has).

    It's a tricky one!

Just take the neg feedback and comment on it that she tried to blackmail you with leaving bad feedback and your items were as described. Then block her from bidding on any of your future auctions.

I would ask her to send the whole lot back for a full refund. If she gets funny about doing so you know she is trying to pull a fast one. You probably won't hear anything more from her if that's the case.

If she raises a Paypal dispute, she will have to send the entire lot back at her own cost by recorded or special delivery - and that is dictated my paypal.

If you think she is just trying to lift your leg for a discount, then ask her to start a SNAD claim, and let paypal call the shots. If she makes a habit of this, then she may well be reluctant to open yet another claim.

Given that you have the emails/messages stating she is not happy with the items, it would also be an unwise move for her to claim they never arrived.

The other alternative is as above, take the promised negative, and follow up with a simple "refused to return items for full refund". It may be pushing it to mention feedback blackmail in the follow-up - more chance of it being removed and making you look like the guilty party.
