Orange Mobile contracts = despair

Is there anyone out there who can help me. I had a trouble free 9 months of a 18 month contract and then made the mistake of amending my account via their "customer services" by asking to have net access included in the contract. To my horror Orange charged me for the internet use - plus the monthly fee for the privilege!! After sending several letters and one or two phone calls explaining that they had made a mistake (including me literally doing the maths for them) I informed them that I wasn't going to pay the increased bill for the net activity, although I paid what was outstanding as far as the other bill was concerned, i.e. montly contract of 35 quid and 5 quid for access to the net.

Orange refused to accept that they had made a mistake and then cut my line so I couldn't use it anymore. At that point at the end of my tether I wrote to them to tell them they had breached the contract and that it was at an end.

To reinforce this I took them to court and have obtained judgement against them.

However, they registered a default against my name which does cause problems with a credit rating

Has anyone had a similar or same problem, if so what did you do, where do I go from here??
