We believe that Call2Abroad is reliable but are these companies just sales agents for another company?

i am not wholly sure however I think that a lot of these companies have different brands some with the same access numbers/prices some with different ones. I think its simply market segmentation and branding to catch more users...

Most likely they are separate but use BT as the supplier of their services, i.e. they sell a product which BT sells them at wholesale price?
