BT Total Broadband - Negotiated from £15.60 to £5.33 pm (inc vat)

Was just about to make the switch to o2 using the Quidco option as cashback, I do standby for my work and couldn't really risk being without a connection.
Phoned BT for my MAC code, woman asked if she could make me an offer, I said "no chance I'm getting o2 for virtually free".
She obviously knew her stuff and said she could match their price and give me it for £7.33, I said I still wanted a MAC code and she offered me £4.33 by applying discounts across my BT package.
£1 of this was for the calling plan with a 12 month tie in, I declined.
£2 was a further discount she could apply to broadband, I agreed.
As I am not in an area where I will get anything more than 2 meg and have had no issues with BT I took her deal, £5.33 pm tied in for 12 months.
Still have 1 week cooling off before it goes through.
