yes you are right - but on the forum I think that giving the chef credit is enough - if you also mention which book/website you got the recipe for is sufficient without you having to reproduce the recipe in full?
I have given recipes which were 'half remembered' by chefs and the forum team haven't objected.0 -

We recently bought a slow cooker and we have a lump of pork for tomorrow- we had a go last week and it was ok but not much flavour. Does anyone have any good recipes? Looking at barbecue style or spice rub or something. I know there are recipes online but it does get a bit overwhelming!0

I put pork in low setting season with salt/pepper,soy sauce,cruched garlic and a good dollop of honey every hour or so I turn the meat over so it gets covered in the sauce turns out lovelyC.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z #7 member N.I splinter-group co-ordinater

I did it with pork and poured half a jar of honey bbq sauce over it and left it till cooked - was fab.Saving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0
