But I haven't got a link, I've got a piece of newspaper I cut out a year ago and I typed it out.

    I can delete it?

yes you are right - but on the forum I think that giving the chef credit is enough - if you also mention which book/website you got the recipe for is sufficient without you having to reproduce the recipe in full?

I have given recipes which were 'half remembered' by chefs and the forum team haven't objected.
I've had my recipes "stolen" and posted here, without credit. Even with some form of credit, a link should be provided, out of courtesy.... I'd let this one "go" as it's a big organisation, but "the little guy" gets robbed of intellectual property every time a recipe's copied/pasted online without a link.

OK, I didn't have a link before but I've found one now so I'll delete the post above.

I'll remember this in future and just go back to reading.

    Thank you for the replies.

We recently bought a slow cooker and we have a lump of pork for tomorrow- we had a go last week and it was ok but not much flavour. Does anyone have any good recipes? Looking at barbecue style or spice rub or something. I know there are recipes online but it does get a bit overwhelming!

I put pork in low setting season with salt/pepper,soy sauce, cruched garlic and a good dollop of honey every hour or so I turn the meat over so it gets covered in the sauce turns out lovely

I know you asked for SC recipes but this

is absolutely yummy (google for a similar bone out recipe).

It's delicious and you won't be complaining about lack of flavour!!
