Three network and some issues
hi all
i have had a few problems with 3 network and want to know where i stand. my current problem is that my contract has come up to an end and i want to change my tariff to a cheaper one but they wont do it unless i upgrade for another 18 months ! i have been £35 a month for the last 18 month and i think i was ripped off. it was the only option avaible to me at the time to get the N95 for free.
the other issue was when i upgraded last tim i asked for a 12 month but was given 18 month without any signiture from me accepting this and they were quiet rude to me about after 4 years with them they should give me better service.
what are my options and if i go wiht another network how eaasy is to pass the credit check as i have recently faield to get a CC.

Dont think you can claim it was 12 months you signed up to after having had the phone for 18 months etc.
I would go on a pay and go plan with three first.
Then ask about 18 month deals which shouldnt be £35 a month any more - you can get decent phones for a lot less - and look at other networks.0 -
If you really can't get a phone with othercompanies due to bad credit then the £20/month deal with 200mins unlimitied txt/internet/email loks good (eg with E71) but should as a retention be able to get something better eg more minutes et at that is 18 months.0
