    hi all!
    What a topic! I am so not goingto share my secrets on here ;) Far too many skeletons in my closet lol.

    I'm still not drinking - 22 days- and still going to all the AA meetings I can. Hard going at times though. Ended up in an offy last night and had to leave before I got the special offer on diet coke as couldn't cope. Ah well.

    Well done GP with the rock climbing, it looks a scary (but exciting) place you went and I'm sure the exercise is good got the lardloss. I used to do a bit of climbing and abseiling and much preferred real rocks to walls.
