Sky Pay Once Watch Forever - M&S Free Extended Warranty?

Hi all,
As far as I can tell, most places advertise this offer with a 1 year warranty on the Sky box.
However, M&S go out of their way to advertise a free 2 year warranty.
Is this a mistake or is it something official making it worth buying from M&S?
