I went for the polite email approach and they changed their pic last night.0

I have had this happen twice with the photo quite clearly not a stock photo, it had my back garden in it! quite obvious it couldn't be different items, unless we had the same garden aswell!- the first time the seller completely changed it but the second the seller messed me about by only doing the pic, then I complained again, so he did the odd word out of every sentence, just to comply with the rules but to annoy me, it still basically read as my advert did. I was very new to selling to it peed me right off!!! now I take it as a compliment that I had done a good eyecatching listing

I wish I was clever enough to ghost my name onto a listing, but I'm not!! not that I sell anything that anyone else will be selling, just odds and ends now!0 -
You can easily 'ghost' your name onto your own photo.
Open it in MS Paint or some other image manipulation software package and just type your name acrtoss the middle of the picture.
Like so:-

Just wondered where you ca get image manipulation software from? I can't afford Microsoft office, I have open-office but can't see anything on there. I used to have Gimp which is free, but now I can't seem to download it- I used the link via here, but just got refered to different sites which when I followed instructions, didn't download anything!0 -
An even easier solution I have seen is write or print out your ebay user name on a small piece of paper/label or similar and include in your picture somewhere prominant where it can't be cropped out.Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000

Some while back someone copied my payment options script - what he didn't realise was that the script and logos included a a direct payment link to my NOCHEX account - so his customers were paying me!
NOCHEX were very good and got it sorted out - and I bent his ear over copy/pasting my script
