Thought I'd post this here. Its a petition against the 17p per minute that T-Mobile charges for diverting calls. Other networks deduct these calls from your inclusive minutes but not T-Mobile! This means you can't use alternative free voicemail services and stuck with paying T-Mobile 12p per minute for the privilege. Hopefully if enough people sign up T-Mobile will offer this for free like the other networks!

Are you sure? I'm not aware of any networks that don't charge extra for call diverts.

The best way to protest is to 'vote with your feet' and leave the network (if out of contract), citing your reasons.

Your very wrong!! According to 'HulloMail' ( https://www.hullomail.com ) only T-Mobile does charge in such an underhanded way.

For a comparison of charges look at the following page:-

See, it's just T-mobile who are the rip-off merchants. I've signed the petition.

I've just found that after a month of charging me £120 (just for calling jobseekers, citizens advice, and debt advice charity freephone numbers) on top of my £40 per month contract, t-mobile have now charged me over £100 again despite not making a SINGLE call in 5 weeks - this is thanks to them charging for fwding calls to my other phone. How on EARTH can you charge for that. Orange never charged me, neither did virgin.. I didn't think it was possible?! (also it's a worse fwding service, with a long pause and change in ringing tones that has made seemingly about a third of people hang up in my recent experience)

I'm about to seriously kick off with t-mobile. It's one of the most digusting companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Some suppliers allow you to divert your call using inclusive minutes hence no extra charges.

Virgin dont allow call divert to another number full stop.Only to voicemail.

As far i can see my diverted calls to Hulomail come out of my allowance.
I've used it for a couple of days now and checking my bill today i've got no out of allowance charges.
    Can anyone comfirm this?

I have never been charged for Hullomail in the few months I have been using it. It always comes from my inclusive minutes.
  • I recently moved my company to tmobile as their salesman claimed it would save money.
Instead i now find that forwarding calls to colleagues also in the same account with tmobile incurs a charge.
This is a big con which should be highlighted.
