does it quote the correct NI number ?

if so its unlikely to be a problem, unless the spelling is very different to your P60

If I were you I wouldn't chance it. Get it sorted.
In my days at HMRC we wouldn't worry too much about misspelt names as long as the NI number was consistent. However as computers continually become more important inconsistencies in spelling become more important.
The misspelt name might suddenly become important when you reach State Pension age if your NI contributions have not been matched to your record and you will have a hell of a job sorting that out then.
Also you may also need your P60 for non-tax reasons like applying for a mortgage or loan. Then the computer will kick you out.
