Congratulations - sounds like an AMAZING first house... Moving (later on - when you come to sell and buy again) is a costly process, so buying further "up the ladder" now seems very sensible to me.

Hope that you really enjoy your new house :)

I'm 24 (nearly 25) and can only dream of owning my own home...Well done.

lol don't worry I'm 29 and don't think Ill ever get my own house until they start doing 100% mortgages again!

Congrats on the house. Hope you enjoy it
Never give up the dream!
  • Well done, I hope you have many happy years, and you did it all with a good discount too.

This will give other FTB's who can afford too, the positive message that you can do it.

More power to your elbow as they say!

Mind you it's the ankle that needs it.

It's the best feeling in the world, when you've moved everything in and you plonk down and open that first bottle of bubbly or whatever your preference is, enjoy:beer:
