How to sue E2save?
Hi,
my friend and his wife had 2 contracts with E2save last year but they rejected the cashback claims. The claims were within time according to the email sent by E2save at the time of the order, but E2save were applying different conditions at the time of the claim.
Which is the best way to sue them, is it through the small claims court?
Many thanks in advance.
