Apparently my uterus is just messing around. The baby is not engaged, the cervix is long, closed and impregnable (hehe) and the only problem is the pain. Which there is no reason for, because everything else is fine. So I have to sit still, rest as much as possible and take more magnesium.

Searching - OMG, I went to move my car was outside for about 30secs and got drenched right thru!

Hello All :wave: not dropped into the thread for a while but you haven't moved again yet :rotfl:

Went for a scan the other day for placenta flow measurements and they said 1 is fine and the other is reduced. Good news was the amniotic fluid was all normal whereas last time they said 1 had an excess and I had trace protein in my pee, none this time!!

Sooooo they gave me 2 steroid injections 24 hours apart "in case they have to deliver early" :eek: not this early (30 weeks) I hope!!

Next week they are going to check the growth of the babies (they have nothing to compare to except other babies ) and then I'm back in on Thursday with the consultant Wooohooo!

I had a horrible 2 days at the weekend with water retention in my feet - that was really horrible, thought I was turning into an elephant! But that's gone now, and then for a few days I had swelling and pain in my hands but that's gone too! So, I'm still mobile and working for now and hopefully it will be good news on Tuesday and Thursday

hey thats an idea i wanna treat myself to something on my birthday ... dont really wanna buy clothes as my body shape will change soon, my friend is paying for my hair to be cut and i got my own hair dye... also going nandos for a meal, i know its only nandos but we're not flushed for cash and ive been looking forward to it for awhile ... ive got about £30 what you think? x
