    Notice to quit being served!

    Have eaten a pineapple yesterday & today. Sainsburys failed to deliver my Starflower capsules :( - a method of the body producing prostaglandins (cos I'm not having them any other way at the mo!!! :D) so I have just given myself a perineal massage with evening primrose oil and had a little 'rummage', as I had some bloody mucus earlier. Have also made up a massage blend of EPO with clary sage, jasmine & rose absolute so have given myself as best I can a bump, hips, buttocks and lumbar massage - and will carry on doing so several times a day over the weekend. Ho hum.... Will make a curry tomorrow too.... and may attempt some hula hooping on the wii fit (that'll be a sight!!)

    Think I'm off to bed soonish as I had an abysmal night's sleep last night..... and daytime naps with a 3 year old here just aren't possible!
