Morning ladies and bumps!
Drama in the house last night! We were clearing stuff in the living room and I opened a packing case from OH's mother's house (a lot of stuff got shipped here rather than thrown away). It's filled with wool, embroidery silks, needlepoint stuff, knitting equipment and so on. So I started sorting through it and putting stuff in a box to mail to my mother, and other stuff for ebay, and other stuff for crafty friends. But water's got in there at some stage and there is mould, and my rummaging sends it airborne.
I'm quite seriously allergic, and although I was out of there as soon as I smelled it I clearly took a direct hit to the right eye - it's enormous and red and swollen. And then all the bending and stretching brought on horrifically painful BH to the point where I wondered if I was having a 28 weeks baby. But I had to go to the bathroom during one of them and managed to pull all the muscles in my lower abdomen. So it looks like this weekend will be Cleaning Lite.
I hope all these niggles and pains brought some babies out - any news from shell?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hehe it's a whole weekend list today:
Mail hotel letters
Living room (out of bounds for me now so probably won't get done)
Clear out pantry of deceased food, rebuild shelves (and find where the bugs are coming from. We will win the war!)
Clear out fridge
Pack box to mail to UK - include thank you notes because Germany says the envelopes are too small and wants to charge us €3 each one
Organise mailing it/actually mail it
Finish the sock monkey
Look at stuff in freezer - possible to bulk cook and batch freeze for post birth instant good food?
Fill out new passport form
Oh, and I'm going to walk down and see if there's a nice wine rack anywhere for reasonably cheap. I neeeeeeeeeeeed a wine rack and he can't be trusted to buy one. He thinks form should follow function in furniture. I think his non-aesthetic claims are cover for having no taste.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Congratulations Vanill- Congratulations! I'm getting lots of heartburn too so i may be giving birth to a gorilla!
Glamazon - I've got a very high prescription (minus 10 and 10.5) and was reccommended silicon hydrogel lens as they're much higher water and let through more air, maybe it'd be worth trying something like that
