I too am on Pentasa. I wasn't aware that it's an immunosuppressant? I was told it conditioned your bowel to keep you in remission for longer? Anyway the consultant says it's fine for me to be on it whilst pregnant!
No your right !!!!
OH has just said that it is immuran that is the immunosupressant and pentasa is an anti inflamatory drug !!

I need a wee... Can't be bothered to go up and come back down again so might just spy on you all from my bed with the iPod...
Can I have some labour vibes please... Birth partner No2 is in between chemo and the death of white cells... And her hubby is around this weekend so could watch her children... Tonight would be a perfect time to go into labour...
Nighty night folks...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Just saw your other post MM - I had an ileocaecal resection. They'd tried me on steroids and a concoction of other drugs but nothing worked. I told them I couldn't keep going in and out of hospital with it, and they agreed to surgery. I went back to work a couple of months after the operation, but then part of my intestine got stuck to my abdomen wall and twisted, cutting off the blood supply and going gangrenous, hence another operation and a spell in intensive care. Something I never want to go through again, and I'm hoping I stay problem free for this little one, as some of DS's early years were affected by it.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0
