    Typical, typical, grrr!!!

Finally get around to ordering ssomething and the Kiddicare website is playing up, has turned down OH's card then mine. Both have large limits. To afraid to try another or google checkout in case they have gone through. Anyone else had problems with the site before?
I can never pay first time on kiddicare  drives me mad coz it then doesn't track through Quidco and I have to raise a ticket to get my cashback
I can't find a reason for it not working, seams to change each time but that latest one was Barclays had but an online block on my card coz I'd been on a bit of a spending spree they marked it as suspicious :rotfl:

Searching I took my mummy so she could learn how to be a useful birthing partner :p I didn't like that the MW running it put a big fat N next to my name under the column labeled 'partner' and said is this ur mum you've brought?
I felt like questioning her I mean why does she need to have that on her bit of paper?? She didn't ask if I had a partner or where he was - made me feel like a silly little school girl:mad:

Sami, that's because your OH should be joined to your hip at ALL times when your pregnant, did you not get the leaflet? I get 'that look' the 'do you have any...one at home?' question and the 'oh! so your husband does live with you!' comment, all the time because we feel that him going to work and being able to pay the mortgage is slightly more important than him watching me get my BP taken and my urine dipped.

I didn't even bother to book any of those classes, with the boys they were here before the classes started anyway.

MM - are you still here?? I was thinking this morning if Jas wants a laptop for games etc wouldn't it be cheaper and easier for her if you got her a webbook/notebook?? the one I have comes with windows (avoid linux if its for games!) and also is available in pink if she likes that?? the Dell ones come in 9 diff colours if she's not into pink then they have red, green and I think purple

I hate it when they do that! I travel a lot with work so I'm always booking flights, trains and hotels with my card (they reimburse afterwards, much as I'd love them to pay up front). Barclays went through a stage of blocking my card whenever I booked one - seven times in two months! And each time I called them I'd explain that I travel a lot and they needed to stop it, and each time they'd assure me it wouldn't happen again.

The last time it happened we were on our honeymoon. I was so spitting furious that I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and was so obnoxious about it not happening any more that it hasn't. What annoyed me was that my account was marked "frequent traveller" but they kept doing it "just in case".

Sugar I know they are stupid! MIL and FIL go on holiday about 5 times a year (1 skiing family, 1 summer family, 1 just them two and 1 each with friends not each other:rolleyes:) you can guarentee every time they go away when there is a call from barclays saying FIL's card has been used abroad yes we know if u look at ur records you'll see the card was used to book some flights a hotel and some airport goodies - get the hint!
