... Although, I shaved my legs over a week ago and still no stubble, which is good for the summer :rotfl: Is it a girl thing?

You mean less hair growth cos you're having a girl?

I think that's the general theory but I'm shaving my legs a lot less than I used to and I'm definitely having a boy  Always liked being the exception to the rule.. ;)

ETA: Just read that back.. I mean I'm shaving my legs a lot less cos I don't NEED to - not just cos I'm being lazy! :p

Thanks Tia, that looks a really good website and I've just learnt a lot reading about the preventative measures.

Glad it has helped. I'm very proud of that page :o Once you read it, it is common sence. But you just don't get told about it. The only reason they even have the 'tummy to play, back to sleep' leaflets now is cos of us :D (great big huge cheesy grin) When DS1 was born I was told nothing. HV told me not to worry, it would pop back out. And when DS2's consultant told me the same, when DS1 was in front of me playing, I decided then and there that this was not right. But I could go on about it all night and then I'd not get any sleep, so I won't :o

Sami, when I make a crumble I don't pre-cook the apples, just slice them and sprinkle sugar on top. That way they still look the same when cooked, still in slices.
but they still taste funny to me :p:o I only like red or purple fruit cooked :rotfl: I'm not a fussy eater - honest!

Tis I see your wee Chris :D (although there are 2 spelling mistakes on his page :silenced:)

Yes, less hair growth. Even the hair on my head isn't growing at it's usual speed! With the boys it was just the same as before I was pregnant. Although I had clear skin with them and now I'm prone to spots.

Just let me have my differences :p

To study or not to study? Last night I was dreaming about the arterial and venal system... Dreaming that you are a molecule of glucose in blood plasma is educational but I'd have preferred Huge Jackman....

Morning ladies and bumps:j - i am off to do some cleaning before the morning sickness kicks in - can anyone advise as to whether is it ok to scrub carpets on hands and knees today (i really havent got a clue about what not to do in early preg) - or should i leave it and get oh to do it later in the week:confused:

Probably too late to reply to this but my yoga teacher told me that being on your hands and knees scrubbing the floor is actually a good exercise when pregnant. Only thing I don't like doing at the mo is the hovering as it seems to use my stomach muscles too much.
