We also went on Saturday and were told that no buffet was available at weekends. On the website it says it's available "at participating huts only". Looks like they've covered themselves.

Where does it say that? The only thing I could find was that menus may vary and to check with the local store and that prices and availability might vary in the London area.

I'll let you know if I get a reply from my letter that went yesterday.

Thanks for that. I'm probably clutching at straws and I didn't kick up a fuss when we were told, we just went somewhere else. I'll keep you all posted!

I think it depends where you go. I know of huits that always do the buffet at weekends and this is what it says on the website. Obviously it doesn't seem to be as widely available at the weekends as it once was.

Well I've now had a reply from my (cheeky) letter asking about the weekend buffet availability in Manchester.

I got a letter of apology and they said that they have now changed their website to reflect their policy http://www.pizzahut.co.uk/deals/deal.asp?img=/img/promo-dine_in/featured/buffet and I also got a £10 voucher.

Result I say! I knew I was being cheeky at the time but if you don't ask you don't get ;-)
