Finished my contract with 3.
Options
After months of poor/no service and not getting anywhere with 3 customer services i decided to end my 3 contract early opting to pay an early cancellation fee which went from £140 down to £74, got my pac code and transfered it to 02 therefore ending my 3 contract, so today i get the all awaited 3 bill in which there is no indication of a cancellation fee they have actually credited so i only have 1/2 a month fee to pay by direct debit
is this normal and should i expect another bill or is will this be the final bill? As i didnt pay the fee by card.
Thanks in advance;)

Thanks in advance;)
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I would suggest you to check the bills generated on My3 to see if it your final bill or not. Pressumably if its your final bill the next months bill won't appear or have a zero amount.
Alternatively speak to someone in billings using their online chat system to double confirm. Don't mention the words "termination fee" or "cancellation fee" during the conversation otherwise they'll clock on to the fact that they've forgotten to apply the charge and may send out a further bill0 -
Thanks, it wont let me log into my3 telling me invalid number or password when ive logged in many times before. Also just noticed at the bottom of the bill ' Thanks for using 3 we closed you account on 22 april 2009.'The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Congratulations for getting away with not paying the cancellation charge.
Keep your final bill safe, just in case you need to use it as evidence. :rolleyes:0
