dont get me wrong im not a serial whinger , l have worked in customer service for a long while and you should expect a good standard ....
these people are paid xxx amount for this and some of them should start bloody well earning it :mad:

im sick to death of checking up on what people are paid to do nowadays lm sure l can go do their jobs as badly and get paid for it :mad:
complaining isnt an old moaner kicking off ... its doing the job your paid for correctly .... or am l old fashioned ??
