    Yay go me, my first post ...! However, annoying subject. I am normally pretty internet-shopping savvy, and the one time I let my guard down, didn't pay by visa, didn't check reviews prior to ordering, and I think I've paid the price. My order has not turned up - I did get an email from Chris, apologising for the non-delivery, it's apparently gone missing in the post. I have asked for a track n trace number, and received one, but there's no sign of my order. I've now got to wait 15 working days to hear back from Royal Mail (according to the email from this chap) but I'm not holding my breath. I will be reporting this site to it's ISP, Trading Standards and anyone else I can think of ... it's so frustrating and I'm so cross with myself for falling into this trap ... always always always read reviews and pay by a credit card (at least the payment would be covered) ... :(
