I ordered a product for my hubby's birthday (today) 13 days ago. It hasn't arrived. There is no phone no. on the website but I have emailed them. I haven't had a reply yet and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can contact them other than email? I am really annoyed and would like my card credited with the amount.

When you placed the order,you should have checked out there was no phone,it doesn't necessarily mean fraud,it may just be slow.Are they American?0

Whoever runs this site has gone to some impressive lengths to hide their phone number. I can't find any trace of it either. Many of the reviews of the site seem to give a clue why.

According to nominet he registered it as a sole trader, so my best guess would be a home seller.

I can't find any trace of a phone number. Google found an 0845 number, but it has been disconnected. There is nothing under Collings in the phone book either.0 -
Thank you so much for your helpful reply bap98189 I'll have to wait to see what happens next. I have had a reply since my posting here advising me that the product was sent on Aprli 20th by Royal Mail and that I will have to wait until they try to tace it. Here's hoping!0

I have also been conned, as Perfume Emporium name appears at top of Google Search I am going to inform Google, I am contacting Trading Standards and the VAT office, also going to try and contact the tv show that deals with cowboys and fraudsters.
Another thing we should all do if paid by your credit card company you are insured also I have been a retailer and I know that a customer can recall the payment due to not having received the goods of just say you have noticed a payment on your statement and you have never made that purchase. You should get your money back.
Hope someone catches the fraudster0
