Is this for the printer software?
If yes then you should be able to safely Unblock if without any trouble.
If for something else you haven't installed or use then Keep Blocking (not Unblocking)0 -
Yeah, it all done brilliant, now when i want to print off a word doc and i press print it wants to send it as a fax and asking me for the address, you know somedays you just wish you'de never got up

That's because the quick print button in word defaults to the default printer setup on your system, or sometimes if you print and don't close down word then print again it will remember where you printed last time and default to that. (But it quickly changes back when you close word)helen21 wrote:Yeah, it all done brilliant, now when i want to print off a word doc and i press print it wants to send it as a fax and asking me for the address, you know somedays you just wish you'de never got up

Just go to Start -> Printers and Faxes or in to Control Panel then Printers and Faxes, right-click your new printer then select Set as Default. The little tick should appear next to the printer, now close and reopen word and you should be done.
