Simply-fone problems/Orange (merged)

Has anyone else been experiencing this problem:

For the past 2 to 3 weeks the simply-fone access number seems to be busy at ALL times....can't get thru at all....never had this experience with them before...

what is going on????

I must have wasted so many minutes just to hear the busy tone...now is that a new trick they are playing, maybe...

Their is a congestion problem on Orange only if you call 07744 numbers between 1pm
and 7pm .

Orange are suppose to be sorting it out. It has nothing to do with your provider. It works fine from O2 and Virgin.

Any update on this issue? I can ring from T mobile but when calling from an Orange phone, I receive the "sorry all lines are busy, please try later" message. This is happening on any 07744 number from a Orange phone.

I have reported the issue to Orange and they say they will investigate and update me today.

It looks like Orange is barring all the 07744 numbers. Getting busy message on all of these numbers in Orange while they get connect first time through o2.

Any one had good experinces with 07744 numbers from Orange ? Please share.

There are already a couple of threads about this in the last day or two, though they said difficult rather than barred.

just used simplyfone from my orange minutes.there was a message which was constantly on saying "lines are busy,plz try later".i kept on trying and eventually got through.
so keep on trying,you will get through.

I have been trying to use simply fone and other such related facilities to dial international numbers, but I am getting a recorded message (on all five 07744 numbers) that "all lines are busy...please try later."
Surely this isnt possible on all the services... :mad:
Anyone has any idea if Orange have once again stopped support to these numbers. I do not want to call Orange and ask this question.
