I ordered three phones last week but only one has been sent. The other 2 were cancelled. E2save claim that Orange only approved 1. Do you think this is really the case?

  • Have a look in the other threads, most people haven't even got their one phone! And I did see several people ordered 2 or 3 and managed to get 1

I ordered this and after waiting over 2 weeks i sent them an email asking what was going on with my order and a short while ago received the following email in response.

    Good afternoon,

We cannot supply you with this phone/deal as orange are no longer allowing
us to sell it to customers.

As stated in our T's and C's all offers are subject to availability but we
would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused in the withdraw of
    this offer

If you would like to re-apply please do so on our website.

    Kind Regards

I am not at all happy about it, because if as they say it was subject to availability then surley it should have been removed of their website or cancelled earlier.

I think it has been a clear case of their greed and may'be everyone on here should send a letter of complaint into the office of fair trading and also ofcom. They should not be allowed to advertise somthing, keep you waiting over two weeks and then say they are unable to fulfill the order.

MissG I think you will need to contact the Advertising Standards Agency rather than OFT.

They have told me that Orange would only approve me for one phone. How do I check the veracity of their claim?
