Well l've been bloody declined by the Halifax.

I'm not surprised, like I said yesterday, I knew I would. :rolleyes:

They did a credit search last night. I've rang Credit Expert and they are removing the NOC today. I'll try HSBC next month.

Received 2 letters saying my car insurance policy has been cancelled. No reason given. I only took it out a few weeks ago!

Still not heard anything about my Accessory card so made a call.

Card posted on 1st May so should be here in next couple of days. Opening limit £400

Canceled Experian and Equifax today. Have until the 14th to view my credit report with Experian. No more applications for credit for 6 months now.

On a different note, I'm really fedup of Optical Express. I have a direct debit set up with them for contact lenses. For the last two months, the contact lenses have never arrived at my house and I've had to ring them up and manually get them reordered as they claim 'lost in post'. Then 3 weeks ago, I went into my local OpticalExpress and asked to change my direct debit details (bank account), which they did on a form, then sent off, then the form was sent back to their store as they didn't complete the form correctly.

Absolutely useless company. I want to switch to SpecSavers, but it's so much hassle having to get my eyes tested again and go through all of that. I've got 2 months worth of contacts (2 monthly sets).. then I'm out. Pain in the !!! company.
