p.s. you don;t do one search per 6mths? You can get away with as many as 12 in a year - I mean I have over 300 searches but we won;t go there lol - however a few (no more than 7) in last 6mth should be fine......
0-6 months = 7 searches maximum
7-12 months = 6 searches maximum
= any more than 13 searches per annum will be bad and maybe a decline.....
