Capital One are the oly sub primers I know that are quick!
I applied, got referred, i called up the next day, got a contract the next day, sent it up, got my pin 4 days later and the card the day after!!!!!
Woah, that was quick. Took about a month with my application.
My Aqua card is going berserk, i can use it for 'chip and pin' transactions but can't withdraw cash from a machine. Will have to get that sorted now...
Hope your enjoying the weather Rose :T. Off to watch the footie at my mum's in a bit.

How are lenders able to prove your income is exactly what you stated on the application form?
Of all the cards I've applied for, none of them has asked for proof of income. Isn't this flawed as people could put a much higher income on their application form, in the hope they would get a higher credit limit? We’ve had to remove your signature. Very rarely you may be asked for payslips or bank statements which will verify you income. Of course no one would like on an application form!0

Well my appeal to Citi fell flat on its face. Got a nice letter from Ulster Bank though offering me a balance transfer at 1.9% for a year. Have asked Ulster Bank to increase my limit to £3k so I can transfer the Vanquis balance over. They said they will write out with a decision as it was referred to an underwriter.0
